U.S. Gallup Good Jobs Rate Steady at 45.3% in October

This is even with the rate measured for the past two months, and the highest Gallup has measured for any October since 2012, when the rate was at its 2010-2015 peak of 45.7%. Gallup's GGJ metric -- previously labeled "Payroll to Population" or "P2P" -- tracks the percentage of the U.S. adult population, aged 18 and older, who work for an employer for at least 30 hours per week.
